BIOGRAPHY
Tyson Westley is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Wim Hoff Method instructor, Chef, and an avid organic farmer.
Since graduating from the Maui Academy of the Healing Arts in 2004, his massage experience has included a full spectrum of healing environments: 5-Star destination resorts, day spas, gyms, an acupuncture clinic, and owning/operating his own massage business.
As a yoga instructor, Tyson has completed more than 500-hours of yoga teacher training through the InBody Academy in Salt Lake City, Utah. In addition to a rigorous, personal practice, Tyson received training in Anusara and Kundalini. His deep understanding of function, form and proper body mechanics, make his classes a safe, and dynamic environment for every body type and experience level.
Tyson's passion for the culinary arts began in his childhood garden; where the taste of a homegrown tomato was instantly recognized as far superior to store bought. His artistry in the kitchen has created opportunities to cater retreats, serve as a personal chef, work in highly acclaimed restaurants, as well as produce his own line of fermented products called Spoiled Foods.
Currently, he is serving the community of Salt Lake City, Utah.
